Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Scrubs Moovement, we want you to love your scrubs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items with signs of wear (including stains, odours, makeup/tan marks, or pet hair) will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for eligible items only
  • Exchanges are available for size changes or change of mind (subject to stock)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Store Credit

Approved returns for change of mind or sizing will be issued as store credit.

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Usable across all Scrubs Moovement products
  • Not redeemable for cash or refunds

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@scrubsmoovement.com.au with your order number and images.

If confirmed:

  • We’ll cover return shipping (Australia only)
  • You’ll be offered a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

Refunds

Refunds are provided for faulty items only, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by provider).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@scrubsmoovement.com.au within 30 days of purchase with one of the following:

  • Return – Order #
  • Exchange – Order #
  • Faulty Item – Order #

Include your reason and any relevant details.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or fees

Please Note

  • Orders placed using discount codes or during promotions are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
